Xcel Energy has contributed to Keeping HOPE Alive for Project HOPE, a program designed to assist frail, low-income, older adults in Boulder County remain in their homes. The dollars contributed go directly to the purchase of services for participants in the program, who are at high risk of not being able to stay in their homes and communities.
