Elders Who Inspire!
There are many older adults in our community who are wonderful examples of aging well. These older adults show us what graceful aging is by being resilient, positive, engaged and gracious.
If you know someone 60 years or older in Boulder County who is an inspiration to you and possesses the above attributes, please send an email to tdeanni@bouldercounty.org with your and the elder’s name and contact information and no more than a 500 word description of why he or she inspires you! The description should answer the following:
- Why is this person inspiring to you?
- Why do you think this person would be inspiring to others?
- What positive aspects of aging does this person embody?
The ASF Board will review the submissions and will announce the winner to the local media and the ASF email contacts. Winners will be showcased on the our website and will receive a $200 check from the Board.
We honor Elders in the Spring and Fall.
